The WINDEA Offshore GmbH & Co. KG is a joint venture of three shareholders: Bernhard Schulte Offshore, Hamburg Buss Offshore Solutions, Hamburg Ems Maritime Offshore, Emden. As representative of a reliable and keen group of specialists, WINDEA is able to provide a nearly complete range of services in connection with the construction and the maintenance of an offshore wind farm: multiple solutions? one source! WINDEA Offshore USA is a 50/50 joint venture between MidOcean Wind LLC., CT, USA and WINDEA Offshore GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, Germany.

Previous Experience

WINDEA Offshore was able to gain great experience in the past years with providing the services of our shareholder and partners. They are active in the following fields: - Maritime Services: Provision of CTV and SOVs, Marine Coordination, Vessel Audits, Charter Management, Supervision at yards; - Aviation Services: Transport flights for Crew Change and Cargo, VIP flights; - Medical Services: Provision of Rescue helicopter, Emergency Dispatch & Medical support Centre, German Medic on installation and accommodation vessel, telemedicine and other material, rescue training offshore; - Port & Logistics: Terminals in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea, the Netherlands, Warehouse & Terminal Logistics -> handling of small goods to heavy components; - Wind Energy Services: Provision of technicians for pre-assembly works, installation works up to completion, workers for maintenance & repairs, reftrofits, decommissioning, blade service, annual inspections; - Consulting & Concepts: development of transport & Logistics concepts, technical concepts, Support in terms of QHSE
